Students of Holy Trinity School or the Holy Trinity PSR program are automatically eligible to participate in CYO-sanctioned sports. CYO encourages students to participate on a team at their respective parish or parish school.

All participants are required to have a valid Preparticipation Exam and Emergency Medical Authorization form on file before they are permitted to participate in any activity - including practices, scrimmages, or games. Forms are valid for 13 months from the date of the physical exam.
