About the Role
Holy Trinity CYO Athletic Board is in need of a Treasurer for the 2 year period beginning 2024 and ending in 2025
Attend all board meetings.
Receive and be custodian of all funds for Holy Trinity CYO.
Maintain accounts and reconcile bank accounts.
This role serves as one of the signors on the CYO Bank Account
Assure that appropriate approvals are provided before disbursing funds;
Assure requisitons are provided and properly approved to support all expenditures.
Retain and record all itemized receipts and disbursements in the recordkeeping software for CYO (Quickbooks) per the guidelines established.
Prepare and present the cash position and financial statements to the board as needed.
Maintain and report expenditures by individual sport/program to assist in setting fees for each
Provide quarterly/annual reports to the parish accountant / business manager.
Act as primary liaison between Parish Finance Team and CYO Board.
See that fundraising guidelines are followed in all fundraising events and appropriate tax
Volunteer as needed with various CYO programs, events etc.
Fulfill such other duties as may be assigned by the Athletic Director
