GCXC provides race tracking services to CYO XC meets and feeds this information Athlinks. Each athlete will have a tag
chip on their race bib that will register at the finish line as they move thru the finish chute. Parents and fans may
access PRELIMINARY race results via the Athlinks website prior to the official results being posted on Athletic.net.

Staying in touch is critical and updating the runners/
parents on last minute
hanges is critical. We are too big for a text thread. The Free Gamechanger App will be the primary method to convey detail on the events and last-minute updates. You do NOT need to purchase a premium account Additional benefits include parents can
mark or unmark if their child will be able to attend an event on the schedule and coaches can tally heads quickly. Push notifications on devices when an event is added or changed. Calendar syncing. The app also stores emergency contact details for runners. The app is available for both
Apple iOS and Android OS phones.

SignUpGenius will be used for Parents to volunteer for
post-race Refreshments.

All FINAL results will be posted in archive on Athletic.net.
CYO targets to have all results loaded by Tuesday evening.
